My Toddler Son Has A Steph Infection Was In Hospital

My toddler son has a steph infection was in hospital five days home since wed. Afternoon. The wound looks ok but the skin. Around the opening feels odd as if i touched it too hard or rather with any pressure it would open also he still has a large swollen hard area but its not red should i go back to er. Or wait til monday when he has another follow up
