My Toddler Stuck A Metal Marble With A Weight Inside

My toddler stuck a metal marble with a weight inside it up his butt the ones from those magic beans he split it in half some how and got the weight out and stuck it in there in the tub I have given him two suppositories and he has let out some really watery poop but the marble still isn't out how can I get it out and do I take him the the er?
