My Toe Was Smashed By A Big Bottle Of Wine

My toe was smashed by a big bottle of wine I was putting up about a week ago. The pain and swelling seemed to be going down normal after we poked it with a needle. Days went by, and it started to hurt really bad and a puss is starting to come out. It smells really bad. Today the toe is red and the nail is almost a white color, and the puss is coming out around it. What do I do?
