My Toes Always Seem To Be Very Red Or Purple,

My toes always seem to be very red or purple, particularly when I wake up. Sometimes this spreads to the whole foot, most often the left, which becomes very red and burning hot. Recently my knees have also been randomly becoming very red and hot.
