My Tongue Feels Heavy And I Have Difficulty Swollowing...felt This

My tongue feels heavy and i have difficulty swollowing...felt this way after eating cold cuts and egg. Took 10mg of claratine. Felt better. Just had one boiled egg (about 3 - 4 hrs after first epidode) and started feel the same (heavy tongue and difficulty swolloing.

What shd i do?
