My Tongue Feels Swollen, Is Inflamed And Sore. My Ears

My tongue feels swollen, is inflamed and sore. My ears have air pressure in them. More on the right side than the left and I am having trouble hearing. I was previous diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. Then I had a respiratory infection right after and was treated with antibiotics and steroids. I still don't feel well overall along with still having the issues with my tongue and ears.
