My Tongue Hurts And Feels Swollen, My Top And Bottom

My tongue hurts and feels swollen, my top and bottom teeth hurt on the right side of my mouth, my right cheek hurts (feels like a sinus) and the right side of my head really hurts. I've tried over the counter cold meds, but the headache really really hurts.
