My Tongue, Mouth, Feel Burning. The Side Of My Tongue

My tongue, mouth, feel burning. The side of my tongue has a bruise on it. I can't seem to relax my tongue at night. I grin my teeth at night. I can't stand this burning in my mouth.
Is this cancer of the tongue?
I have problems for a month or two now.
