My Tooth In The Back Right Upper Side Of My

My tooth in the back right upper side of my mouth is in horrid pain, i feel a huge hole cavity that has started to go up into my gum, im getting the worst headaches and my cheeks and face hurt, my mom thinks ts an abcess tooth and she thinks it will go to my brain. what should i do? i have no dentist
