My Topic Is Rather Unpleasant. My Appologies. My Butt Itches

My topic is rather unpleasant. My appologies. My butt itches and has been for months. I would describe the itching as mild.
I have been tested for common STD s so I don't believe it's that. Is it possible it could be some kind of a worm or parasite? How long would they survive in a host without extinguishing them?
