My Twins Children Are Suffering From Feber With Mother. I

My twins children are suffering from feber with mother. I gave flexon suspension four times and pacimol syrup three times. Feber is in control only at the effective time of the medicine. Its two days for feber. How long i can use those medicine. If not control then what can i do?
