My Two Tear Old Has White Bumps On Her Tongue

My two tear old has white bumps on her tongue and the most part of her tongue is white. Abe says owie after eating or drinking. I can't see her to tonsils. She has been sick with cold like symptoms for 4 days. Fever only lasted a day. Now just stuffy nose and cough. Now I'm noticing small red dots on her feet.
