My Two Year Old Baby Broke The Thermometer And When

My two year old baby broke the thermometer and when I saw him only the thermometer with out its bulb mean without its mercury.but I can not found any mercury particles on the floor.now I don't know my child eaten mercury or not.that happens about two days before.plz tell me what are side affects if he eats.and if he not eats where murcury particles goes.
