My Two Year Old Granddaughter Had A Small Bump On

My two year old granddaughter had a small bump on her head this morning that looked like she had bumped her head. Now the bump is huge - larger than an egg and spreading. There is a small reddish dot in the middle of the bump. Is this a spider bite and should she go to the doctor?
