My ultasound MSD for 6 wks pregnancy is 12 mm. The fetal pole was not seen. There is no fluid in Cul-de-sac space. Yolk sac was seen normally and also I have spotting very often. The heart beat was not detected. Do you think that the fetus is still alive and healthy?
