My Ultrasound Result Said That My Cervix Is Normal Size

My ultrasound result said that my cervix is normal size retroverted,uterus with no myometrial lesions,the endometrium is markedly thickened at 2.10 cm and hyperechoic, both ovaries are normal size echotexture with cystic follicle on the right ovary no fluid in the cul de sac. What does it mean?
