My Uncle Died Yesterday . He Lived In Somalia Where

My uncle died yesterday . He lived in Somalia where there is no medical doctors. He was given an injection I don't know what type of drug it was but like the rest of the places in Somalia the guy who gave the injection was not Doctor . Shortly after the injection my uncle started to stop breathing and he collapsed and foamed from his mouth and died on the way to the way to the main hospital . Is possible he was overdosed and what type of therapeutic drugs can cause foaming from the mouth incase of overdose ?
