My Uncle Is Diabetic , Hypertensive And Mixed Dislipidemic .

My uncle is diabetic , hypertensive and mixed dislipidemic . He is under basal bolus insulin regime, statins and fibrates, olmesartan 40 with torsemide.20mg. He has pedal and it is not subsiding.
He is worried about it. His bg, bp are in good control.can you please advice what could be done about it?
