My Uncle Is Very Sick With Congestive Heart Failure. He

My uncle is very sick with congestive heart failure. He was doing well in the nursing home and then came home to 24/7 caregivers and hospice care. They are doing breathing treatments 4 times a day for 45 min to an hour at a time using albuterol. I have been noticing differences in him in several ways and wondering why these things are happening when he is on the same medication as he was in the nursing home. After looking at some things about this treatment online tonite, I'm wondering if some of these side effects he is experiencing is caused by an overdose of this albuterol. Sleeps all the time, dry eyes and talking out of his head, insomnia, etc. These things have only happened since he has been home from nursing home. Could this be from too much of this breathing treatment?
