My Uncle Suffering From Jaundice . The Level From Bilirubin

My uncle suffering from jaundice . the level from bilirubin total 7 mg/dl is 1 month before. now bilirubin total is 4.05 mg/dl. We have taken out fluid from his belley about 4 litres. Now he able take some buttermilk and he could walk of own. How we can reduce his biirubin level. Again his belly getting swollening. what is the remeady for his belly not to become swollen. Kindly advice me
