My uncle was found dead in his bed. He was sleeping on his back, both hands were laying on his chest in a peaceful sleeping manner. His head was to the side and there was a black/red liquid that had covered his nose and mouth. He was 75, diabetic and had about 30% of his heart working. I'm assuming a heartattack?
