My Uncle's Wife Can't Have Boy Children. She Lives In

My uncle's wife can't have boy children. she lives in a third-world country and the doctors there don't understand her situation, they have tried to supply her with numerous types opf pills on each of her pregnancies (she has had 7 miscarriages in the past 2-4 years) she has three healthy beautiful daughter who have no issues, but she still can not have boy children. she miscarriages on the second, thrid and sometimes fourth month of her pregnancy. i want to help her find this issue. she has tried two times without eating any pills provided by her doctors but she still had a miscarriage. could you please provide me with an insight as to what the problem might be and how can i help her?
