My Under Clothes Are Badly Stained. It Looks Awful. I'm

My under clothes are badly stained. It looks awful. I'm have the beginnings if incontinence. Especially when I cough or laughing hard. But my question is when this happen why does it make dark stains in my clothes. Some are so bad that i have to throw them away.
