My Understanding Is That The Mucous Membrane In Th Nasal

My understanding is that the mucous membrane in th nasal cavity is suppose to produce mucus. Mine does not and has not in several years. After doing some research I know this is not healthy, but am not sure if this can be reversed. I have nasal sprays & a neilmed. Need help in this area. Thanks
