My Upper Abdomen Is Bloated And I Have Difficulty Pooping.its

My upper abdomen is bloated and I have difficulty pooping.its been two days that I didn't poop?i burp a lot and get nausea.when I feel pressure because of gas,my heart beats faster like I'm about to faint.i have no appetite and right under my left rib cage,I can feel a nerve which I assume is vagus nerve palpitation.
