My Upper Abdomen Is Sensitive To Touch And It Gets

My upper abdomen is sensitive to touch and it gets a twisting, almost feels like something is squeezing my insides. And my back has a burning sensation all at the same time. It feels this way when i'm just sitting here, but intensifies if I twist or bend over to tie my shoes.
