My Upper Calf On The Inside Of Right Leg, Approx.

My upper calf on the inside of right leg, approx. 2" area very tender, feels like a bruise, but I have had no trauma to the area. It has a hard feeling. I have a-fib, am being prescribed eloquis. But I haven't taken the medication in four months. (Lost interest after 3 years). No black and blue on the skin. I'm concerned it may be a vien problem.
