My Upper Left Lump And Under Ribcage Discomfort. Sometimes Lightly

My upper left lump and under ribcage discomfort. Sometimes lightly ache and movement feeling and grawling noises.
I also feel nausiated and for two days my bowel color were light pale yellow with slight white. I constantly have gas comming out and for days have mid right back pain when sleeping time to time. I'm very worried.
