My Upper Stomach In The Middle Looks Round Like I’m

My upper stomach in the middle looks round like I’m pregnant. It’s been this way for about a year, I have been over weight for my adult life about 16 years, but my stomach never looked like this. Not really any pain, just have had a pulling sensation on the upper right aide a few times. I feel more full lately as well. I’m just concerned because of the way it look I guess. Please help
