My Urethra Or Clit (cant Tell) Have Been Tingling. Its

My urethra or clit (cant tell) have been tingling. its seems like its been going on forever. Its constant and doesnt go away. I was tested for a UTI but came back negative. There is so much discomfort i cannot do simple tasks. i just started highschool and its hard to focus. I was recently put on UTI meds but those did nothing. Please help me. What is it
