My Urine Culture Came Back As Cirtobactor Which I Am

My urine culture came back as cirtobactor which I am told is rare. I am wondering how I got this infection. I am an RN who works in a hospital. I also have been taking care of sick granddaughter(respiratory) who spends a lot of time at daycare. I also read something about turtles. There is a pet turtle in the family.
