My Urine Feels Blocked, Been Like This For About 2

My urine feels blocked, been like this for about 2 years now, seen a doctor 4 times, first time i did an STI test and nothing, second time they took a blood sample, thrid time they told me my blood had no traces of diabeetes and fourth time they told me to drink a lot of water. 2 months later I'm still here and there's noe xplicit pain but I will pee, fele compeltely unsatisfied yet there's no more pee then shortly after will need to urinate again, any advice?
