My Urine Smell Like Sewer And Some Days Are Light

My urine smell like sewer and some days are light in color and some days it's a dark yellow the middle of my back has discomfort. Yet it doesn't burn or hurt when I urinate. I urinate normal numbers a day. I do feel a bit tired often. And some days I do experience some dizziness and headaches and nausea.
