My Urine Smells Like Black Pepper. Like Very Very Strongly

My urine smells like black pepper. Like very very strongly of cracked black pepper. I also have had problems with frequent need to urinate for about 2 years or so. I get UTIs very often but I was checked for a UTI yesterday and it was negative. It’s also very foggy. What could this be? It doesn’t smell fishy just like black pepper and is very foggy.
