My Vagina Gets Really Dry During Sex. I'm 19 Years

My vagina gets really dry during sex. I'm 19 years old and I'm sexually attracted to my boyfriend but I just can't get aroused enough. I used to be able to at first but then I stopped. He also gets a soft penis .. I think as a result of my vaginal dryness. Should I see a doctor? Thanks in advance
