My Vagina Has Been Itching For About 3 Days Now

My vagina has been itching for about 3 days now and I noticed grey/dry skin around the area. There is no discharge. I'm 19 and my period has always been quite irregular but the last time I got it, it was oct 23-27. I recently stopped eating meat so maybe I'm lacking iron. But could the fact that I skipped my last period be the reason why the area around my vagina is itchy? (I've never had sexual relations)
