My Vagina Is Sour Around One Lip And I Have

My vagina is sour around one lip and I have a cut between the anus and the vigina also one at the top were the lips meet. Both cuts burn very bad, I have been keeping them clean and applying petroleum jelly. Also I have a white discharge that's like rolled paper. At first it bought it was tissue paper but it turned out to be discharge like kinda dry please help me how do I stop the pain and heal the cuts
