My Vagina Started Itching, My Urine Is Cloudy, My Vulva

My vagina started itching, my urine is cloudy, my vulva is swollen (which I assume is from scratching), there is no real odor, only a mild discharge. At the present time, i can feel my heartbeat in my vulva. I've had only 2 yeast infections in my life. Not been having sex so i can rule out an STD. And also it has been itching uncontrollabley. I used a 1 dose Monistat with itch cream.
