My Vaginal Discharge Smells Like Maple Syrup For About A

My vaginal discharge smells like maple syrup for about a few days like 3 now and I'm not sure what that is. I've been having stomach cramps here and there nothing I can't handle. Also I'm on implanon. I don't get my periods they are random and very light. But my discharge is very light pink. Not bloody or brown like a period to me. I have been having sex regularly like twice a day 5 days a week. Unprotected. Can you please help me.
