My Vein On My Wrist Has Stuck Out For Years

My vein on my wrist has stuck out for years and today, it's usually blue, but there was some red blood with it and I feel very tired and it hurts if I push on it and it usually doesn't. Did my vein burst? and is it serious? should I get it checked out?
