My Veins Have A Darkish Coloring On The End Of

My veins have a darkish coloring on the end of them. My veins are also slightly yellowish I am a 16 year old male. I wear contacts but lately I haven't worn them due to my eyes getting red and dry. I've had this problem for around 2 months. Please help
