My Vericose Vein Under My Left Eye Appears To Have

My vericose vein under my left eye appears to have burst. A large purple- blue firm pillow now is at bottom of vein. Vein appears a bit lighter, less engorged. No pain. Appeared suddenly. Have migraines in this eye. Stopped taking Maxalt because no headaches for 8 months. This happened, then first migraine appeared days later. Want this gone now. What should I do? Who specializes in this?
