My Vision Has Gotten Weird These Last 2 Days. If

My vision has gotten weird these last 2 days. If i look at something bright like my phone i see different colors around my vision. When i look away i see the same thing. Than i get a minor to alittle over minor headache and it sucks. I don't know whsts wrong with me but I need help.
