My Voice Has An On And Off Raspiness To It.

My voice has an on and off raspiness to it. It started about 3 weeks now and I don't have a cold or flu, I don't have a sore throat and I was not recently sick. I do however, which started about 2 days now, feel very sleepy and tired throughout the day and I sometimes feel dizzy or lightheaded. Other than that, I feel great. what could be wrong with me
