My Whole Begins Area Has Been Itching For Quite Some

My whole begins area has been itching for quite some time. Now it is also dry, and I have been bleeding randomly. It seems to start when I get stressed. Also I have noticed a little swelling on the outer parts and just noticed right inside of my vagina is swollen also. What could b going on?? I have been loosing sleep from the itching.
