My Whole Body Is Very Swollen.it Happens To My Feet

My whole body is very swollen.it happens to my feet when it am on them to long. This time it is everywhere. If have stayed off my feet and done nothing for a whole day but seems to keep swelling. If have a lot of medical Problems like PKD, i think arthritis, chronic pain. Need to know if it should go to Dr or er. If also just was on a plane for 8.5 hrs. Swollen before flight
