My Whole Family Has Broken Out With A Really Bad

My whole family has broken out with a really bad itchy rash that gets worse at night have had it for a week or two now and we've sprayed for fleas motes and bed bugs just in case it was any of the three but we all still itch constantly. We have a small dog and a pot belly pig. Could we be getting something from them?
