My Whole Left Side Went Numb And Felt Like Bricks

My whole left side went numb and felt like bricks were holding them down!! And my arm was twitching and so was my upper lip!! Left side muscles in face were sagging!! Head feels like something's pushing out!!! Couldn't walk!! Dizzy!! Also have chronic neck pain!! Doctor said it wasn't a stroke what was it?
