My Wife 2 Time Pregnt In 5 Year But Probem

My wife 2 time pregnt in 5 year but probem is that both time when the pregnancy 2 month its creat problem, and miss cariage both time, patient complete rest during pregnancy but both pegnancy lost. Please guide me i m also in health department as a dispenser.
