My Wife 31 Years Is Under Thyronorm From Her 4

My wife 31 years is under thyronorm from her 4 years of age. At certain times she gets electric shock like strong pains in her left chest. Sometimes the pain comes up straight up to her neck....She complains at frequent times that her half of tongue gets senseless and left cheek of face numb. She feels her back of her head heavy..nausiatic.feel like belchi strongly stuck in her chest..her pressure remains around 99/66 and pulse 98. We went to cardiologists..after all tests she was found all normal. Then we went to gastroentrologist and also found everything normal...our entire family is at total distress and frustration. No treatment or a single doctor is being of least proper guidance.No one can diagonise ANYTHING......please please help..My phone is 0000
